2. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
referral marketing plans
to increase patient referrals from external doctors, clinics, and diagnostic partners.
Conduct
regular field visits
to meet doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to promote hospital services.
Maintain and update the
referral database
with contact details, visit records, and referral performance metrics.
Coordinate with
front office, admission, and patient relations teams
to ensure seamless handling of referred patients.
Build and sustain
long-term relationships
with key referral partners through consistent communication and professional support.
Organize
doctor engagement activities
, CME programs, health camps, and networking meets to strengthen partnerships.
Track and report
weekly and monthly referral trends
, including source-wise data analysis.
Collaborate with the
digital and corporate marketing teams
to align referral promotions with hospital branding and service updates.
Gather and share
market intelligence
on competitor referral strategies and local healthcare trends.
Ensure timely
feedback and acknowledgment

3. Required Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage medical professionals confidently.

4. Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management
, or equivalent.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred).
5-8 years
of experience in referral marketing, hospital business development, or healthcare sales.
Prior experience in
hospital/healthcare industry
is mandatory.
