Roles & Responsibility :
1.MRP: Planning of BOP /JW parts as per Production Plan and Forecast
2. To ensure planning of raw materials/consumables and bought outs.
3 . To ensure timely material scheduling to suppliers and arranging RM for Suppliers
4. To ensure timely delivery of requirements to your internal customers to avoid internal and customers' line stoppage.
5 . Monitoring of sup supplier's performance evaluation/re -evaluation, analysis and improvements related to quality of materials
6. Logistics management for supplier deliveries
7. To control premium freight incidents/cost.
8. Controlling of daily/weekly/monthly stock position of raw materials/consumables and bought outs.
9. Ensuring material accounting /PO as per Schedule release
10. Sort-out the issue with supplier regarding Quality and delivery.
11.Cost saving YOY basis as per the AOP.
12. Reconciliation of Raw Materials at supplier end and company and Tool status audit on quantity basis
13. To support in implementation of ECN's
14. Any other task entrusted to you from time to time
