Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to generate referral leads from the existing client base.
Regularly engage with past and current clients through calls, meetings, emails, and events to maintain strong relationships.
Educate clients about the company's referral program, incentives, and new project offerings.
Track and manage all referral leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion support.
Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure referred clients receive exceptional service.
Plan and execute client engagement activities such as loyalty programs, client meets, appreciation events, and personalized campaigns.
Maintain an updated database of clients and referred leads using CRM tools.
Analyze referral trends, prepare periodic reports, and suggest improvements to enhance referral business.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
