• Applied knowledge of ISO 27001 / SOC Controlso Provide RCA for Technical issues.o Information and Data Security principleso ITIL Policies and procedures operationso Comfortable in ITIL change management submissions and process, and being a CAB membero Expert knowledge of SQL clusters and BCDRo When to use DTU vs vCoreo Running daily health checks and ensuring uptimeo Performing backups and recoverieso Applying patches and upgradeso Troubleshooting and resolving database issueso Documenting and optimizing database processeso Collaborating with the internal IT team to ensure a seamless workflow.o Configuration based, version based, policy based issues are handledo Support New scope, changing scope, expanding scopeo Maintain keys, maintain connectivity to servers and ADo Work Issues related to connectivity to data warehouseo Support on issues related to Server running slowly, scaling issueso Skill to Manage Physical and Virtual Servers in a large environment typically 100+ Servers.o Knowledge of ITIL o Knowledge of networking fundamentals.o Experience in tracking server activity, performing upgrades of software, addressing technical problems.o Good Documentation Skills

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgable in best practiceso Accountable for ensuring SLA adherence with on time ticket acceptance and closures.o Ready to work in Rotational shifts(24x5).o Required to prepare Technical SOP's and bring in improvements.o Managing and prioritizing assigned tasks collaborating with team members when needed - business projects, change controls, documentation, and vulnerability remediation, etc.o Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or experience and certifications showing required knowledge.o Highly knowledable in performance tuning including query optimizationo Exceptional communication skillso Comfortable working on multiple projects and issues simultaneously o Demonstratable desire to learn and remain current with technical knowledge.o Provide breakdowns of technical projects into steps with time estimateso Collaborate with colleagues (development teams, infrastructure, management) o Expert level technical troubleshooting and problem solvingo Knowledge with service principals, managed identities, private endpoint networkingo Comfortable working in an Agile-like environment, working in a backlog such as with Jira or other tools.
