• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer IT account management matterso Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipso Design solutions for the clients and close agreements to maximize IT and business efficiencieso Look at opportunities for new technologies along with AI for improving business efficiencyo Ensure the timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to customer needs and objectiveso Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholderso Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly service levels and annual forecasts)o Prepare reports on account statuso Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
