About the Role

We're looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Reels Editor

to join our growing skincare team. You'll be responsible for creating engaging, aesthetic, and on-brand short-form video content (mainly Instagram Reels / Youtube Shorts) that educates, entertains, and inspires our audience to care for their skin.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) that aligns with our brand's visual identity and messaging. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring skincare product stories and campaigns to life. Cut, trim, and arrange footage, add transitions, text overlays, and effects to create high-quality, scroll-stopping videos. Optimize videos for different social media platforms and trends. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, music, and editing styles relevant to skincare and beauty. Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop fresh video concepts that drive engagement and conversions. Ensure brand consistency across all video content.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience editing Reels, or other short-form content for beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands. Strong command of editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar) is a plus Eye for aesthetics, color grading, and visual storytelling. Understanding of social media algorithms, formats, and engagement strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of skincare and beauty industry trends (a plus). Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through video.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with motion graphics or animation. Knowledge of influencer marketing or user-generated content (UGC) editing. Basic photography or shooting experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
