REEL CREATOR

We are looking for a charismatic and dynamic person who has worked as a Reel creator and has experience creating engaging, high-performing reels. The candidate should be comfortable creating content using DSLR, phones, tripods, lapel mics, and AI-powered creative tools. Being in front of the camera should be a natural instinct.


The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of how social media platforms work, know how to spot trends before they explode, and have an arsenal of hacks up their sleeve ? both traditional and AI-driven ? to tackle any creative challenge.


Most importantly, the candidate must be on top of all social media updates, trends, and AI advancements that constantly evolve.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative content in line with the social media strategy & content architecture (reels and short video formats). Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, thought leaders, and AI content communities. Develop content ideas, write scripts, and curate content ? including AI-generated ideas, effects, or voiceovers when relevant. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to content creation using both hands-on shooting and AI-assisted storytelling. Be comfortable on camera and innovative with your content ? blending human creativity with AI capabilities. Act, Shoot, Edit ? and know when AI can help speed up or enhance the process.

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms. Good knowledge of social media KPIs and how AI tools can assist in optimizing them. Familiarity with AI-powered content tools (e.g., ChatGPT for ideation, Midjourney/DALL?E for visuals, Runway for video editing, or similar). Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Extremely agile in execution & quick on their feet with content creation ? manual or AI-assisted.
