Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and confident

Social Media Influencer / Reels Content Creator

to create engaging short-form video content for our company's social media pages. The primary responsibility will be planning, shooting, and editing

Instagram Reels and short videos

that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging and trend-based

Reels and short-form videos

for company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Appear on camera and represent the brand confidently Research trends, hashtags, audio, and viral formats relevant to the brand Plan content calendars in coordination with the marketing team Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content regularly Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging Track performance and suggest improvements based on engagement insights Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong on-camera presence and communication skills Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms Experience in creating Instagram Reels or short videos Basic to intermediate video editing skills (InShot, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.) Creativity, confidence, and storytelling ability Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience managing or growing a social media page Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations Basic knowledge of analytics and engagement metrics
