Train and guide staff on how to plan, shoot, and edit reels for social media.
Stay up to date with social media trends, audio, and creative techniques to keep content fresh and appealing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize reel content for campaigns and promotions.
Ensure all content reflects brand identity and maintains professional quality.
Monitor performance of reels (views, reach, engagement) and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience in creating reels or short-form video content (portfolio required).
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other reel-friendly platforms.
Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop apps like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
Excellent communication and training skills to coach staff effectively.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in digital marketing, media, or communications.
Prior experience in training or conducting workshops.
Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking social media performance.
