Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Reel Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels) that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into captivating reels that engage and grow our digital audience. Add text overlays, effects, transitions, and music to enhance visual storytelling. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to meet content goals and deadlines. Stay updated on the latest reel and social media trends, incorporating fresh ideas into edits. Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and maintain consistent stylistic quality.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing reel or short-form video work. Strong proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Good sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling for short-form videos. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, especially Instagram and YouTube. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. Basic skills in graphic design or motion graphics are a plus.
