Position: Video Editor / Reel Editor Intern (Healthcare & Doctor Marketing)

Location: Borivali West, Mumbai (On-site)

Duration: 3-6 months Internship (with Certificate & PPO opportunity)

Adoctor is a creative digital marketing agency exclusively for doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

We create high-impact medical videos, YouTube content, and Instagram Reels that simplify healthcare, build trust, and grow our clients' digital presence.

We're looking for passionate Video Editing Interns who can turn simple medical explanations into engaging, story-driven visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Long-format videos for doctors across specialties (orthopedics, dermatology, gynecology, plastic surgery, etc.)

Add captions, transitions, and relevant stock footage or B-rolls to make videos engaging

Sync dialogues and music for smooth storytelling

Collaborate with our content and strategy teams to maintain brand tone and medical accuracy

Optimize videos for social media (aspect ratio, duration, thumbnail integration, etc.)

Work on motion graphics and text overlays where required

Maintain an organized workflow and meet quick deadlines

Who Can Apply

Students or recent graduates in media, film, communication, or design or any other field with a zeal of making videos.

Basic understanding of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva or DaVinci Resolve

Creative mindset with good sense of pacing, emotion, and visual rhythm.

Interest in healthcare storytelling and social media trends

Ability to adapt content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of After Effects / Motion Graphics

Experience with voice syncing, subtitles, or podcast editing

Familiarity with trending Reels, meme edits, and storytelling formats
