Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose Business Planning is critical for success of any business line Sharper Management Information System to enable Business Manager to consider favorable decisions which are beneficial for business growth Revolve around key business objective and drive both top line and ensured being compliant Channel Management Contest, Drive and recognition program management CRM Management. Job Responsibilities (JR) : Actionable Channel Management All channels to be equipped with relevant and important data for prospect calling and lead management. Providing required training on product, process and policy to channel partner who can in turn explain the same to customers. Publishing detailed MIS with business numbers, lead status to all the channel partners. Highlighting the areas where conversion is low, where hot leads are not being called upon, areas with high NI/NC percentage are high. MIS Tracking Timely MIS to ensure senior management is made aware of all relevant and critical business trend from respective channel. Activation tracking for DSA’s, CSC’s, branches , RM’s and PB’s Sharper and meaningful MIS to be produced which would enable decision making for seniors All relevant MIS support which is required to drive sales, bring in sales efficiency, monitor productivity, bring in focus on KBO etc to be provided on timely basis to all hierarchy Contest, reward, drive management Based on business cycle trend bring up with branch contest and sales contest. Preparing cost benefit analysis for fincon and senior management approval. Publishing MIS, creatives with in team to motivate the employees and highlight top and bottom performers Ensuring high level data accuracy and lead management
CRM management CRM is a critical tool for lead management and ensure these are aligned to banks policy and process Leads should not be left unattended. Need continuous and sharper MIS to the sales team to ensure the leads are acted upon Constant endeavor to improve the lead channel management and keep upgrading the platform along with IT and BTG team Complete control on VYMO application and to review and monitor the quality of inputs as well as the outputs by the sales team All leads entered in VYMO has to be equally Channel Support Ensuring channels are given proper marketing material, leaflet, to drive the open market activity. Ensuring customers are updated with latest offering via channels on their website, office etc Working on adhoc requirement of data/Mis business drive from channel. Supporting supervisor in handling audit queries with respect to channels.
