Business Analytics :
- Own all performance metric channels (FB, Google, affiliates, other partners).
- Improve and continuously optimize digital metrics.; share insights to drive business objectives.
- Conceptualize solutions to marketing challenges across each stage of the marketing cycle - Acquisition, Activation, Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement experiments to improve CAC, LTV, CTR etc.
- Propose new solutions to existing problems and constantly innovate/ experiment with marketing strategies and tactics.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners.
Brand & Community Building :
- Help develop and execute 360 marketing strategy & brand activation plans to support business priorities.
- Bring to life the DNA of the brand in fun, disruptive, innovative ways, keeping it consistent across all touchpoints.
- Take a lead in managing content and community for our social channels - along with the agency partners & agencies.
- Ideate, create, and execute culturally relevant and targeted campaigns across platforms.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, PR and retail partners to develop brand & product marketing strategies and components.
Business Development :
- Identify opportunities for B2B partnerships in the US and abroad
- Drive business growth and manage relationships with existing partners
- Assist in managing the complete sales cycle, right from initial negotiations to closure.
- Innovate marketing strategies in order to expand the reach as well as generate new leads.
- Collaborate with the management on sales targets, planning, forecasting, and maintaining short- and long term business development goals.
You have :
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce space
- Specialization in Digital Media: conversant with all forms of digital formats, analysis, and measurement
- Worked with international clients
- Beauty & Luxury Market experience is preferred
- Experience in D2C is required
