CTG is seeking to fill a Red Hat Architect Job for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 1 month
Duties:
Design and architect Red Hat OpenShift-based solutions to meet complex business and technical requirements.
Set up, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters, including storage, networking, and databases.
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles in line with "Compliance as Code" principles.
Deploy and manage OpenShift resources such as projects, namespaces, and services to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and enforce security controls in regulated environments (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST, CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIGs).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize OpenShift environments for high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR).
Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and containerized application deployments.
Optimize resource usage and costs through effective solution design and monitoring.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
Skills:
Deep proficiency with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Strong knowledge of Linux and VMware environments.
Advanced experience with Ansible Automation, including development of playbooks and roles.
Expertise in container orchestration, Kubernetes concepts, and OpenShift CLI.
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation pipelines, GitOps).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized container solutions.
Experience:
Demonstrated role-focused experience in Ansible automation and Red Hat OpenShift architecture.
Hands-on experience implementing, auditing, and enforcing security in regulated environments.
Experience with cloud migration projects (assessment, design, and execution).
Proven background managing OpenShift HA/DR configurations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $38.00 to $52.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
