We're Hiring - Recycler Onboarding Executive ?

Immediate Opening: Recycler Onboarding (Waste Management Industry)

Location: New Delhi,Delhi,India & Ahmedabad,Gujarat,India

EcoEx is looking for a passionate professional who can drive our mission of sustainability by onboarding Plastic Waste Processors (PWPs) and procuring industrial waste materials.

This role is at the heart of enabling Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance while fostering positive behavioural change in waste management practices.

What you'll do: Identify and onboard Plastic Waste Processors & industries for waste procurement, Build strong local relationships through market mapping and outreach , Collaborate with central teams to ensure material quality and compliance ,Manage recycler data, procurement transactions, and documentation on the EcoEx app ,Support audits and regional activities with Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams ,Travel within and outside your city to strengthen recycler partnerships

What we're looking for: Experience in Recycler (PWP) onboarding and EPR credits procurement, Strong stakeholder management & relationship-building skills, Excellent communication in English, Hindi & local/regional language , Knowledge of the local market, culture, and geography, Problem-solving, negotiation, and critical thinking abilities, Willingness to travel extensively (two-wheeler & laptop/Android phone preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
