Job Description

Talent acquisition:

Identify, attract, and source qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals.

Hiring manager collaboration:

Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles.

Candidate screening:

Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Interview and offer management:

Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team, and negotiate job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.

Process and data management:

Maintain accurate candidate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies.

Onboarding:

Assist with the onboarding process, which may include completing new hire paperwork and coordinating with other departments.

Market knowledge:

Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices, and employment legislation to provide informed guidance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
