Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess communication, skills, and fitment.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Support in employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
Work closely with the team to fulfill hiring requirements within timelines.

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fresher or up to 1 year of recruitment/HR experience.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
