Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal platforms
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure candidate records are up-to-date
Support HR team in organizing recruiting events and career fairs
Help improve the recruitment process with fresh ideas and feedback
