Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8+ recruiters, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Provide training, performance feedback to team members to improve their skills and achieve recruitment targets.
Set clear recruitment goals for the team and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss challenges, provide support, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs for in-office roles across various departments.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
Ensure that candidates are assessed against job requirements and company culture to make the right hiring decisions.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring recruitment services meet expectations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing regular updates on the recruitment process and candidate pipeline.
Approach new clients and foster relationships to expand the recruitment business and generate new opportunities for the team.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with hiring managers and other departments to understand recruitment needs and prioritize vacancies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports, sharing insights with senior management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.
Experience in recruiting for in-office roles across diverse industries.
