Handle salary negotiations, fixation, and offer issuance, ensuring alignment with internal compensation guidelines.
Track candidates from offer to joining, ensuring regular follow-ups and minimizing backouts to achieve near zero offer drop rates.
Drive a seamless onboarding and induction process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the organization structure and meet role expectations.
