Job Specifications / Responsibilities



Meet with hiring managers to understand current staffing requirements and annual hiring needs. Source and screen suitable candidates through job portals, online platforms, social media, and recruitment consultants to ensure positions are closed within defined quality, TAT, and cost parameters. Liaise with hiring teams and coordinate interviews across all open positions; ensure structured, cross-functional assessments to support high-quality hiring decisions. Handle salary negotiations, fixation, and offer issuance, ensuring alignment with internal compensation guidelines. Track candidates from offer to joining, ensuring regular follow-ups and minimizing backouts to achieve near zero offer drop rates. Drive a seamless onboarding and induction process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the organization structure and meet role expectations.

Pay: ?10,240.36 - ?43,531.26 per month
