6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST

We're hiring fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are interested in starting a career in recruitment. If you enjoy talking to people and organizing things, this is a great way to learn how hiring works. Full training will be provided, and you'll get real experience working with different companies.

If you do well during the training, you will get a

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)

with a monthly salary of

?15,000 to ?18,000

based on your performance.

What You'll Do:

Find and shortlist candidates on job sites and other online platforms Schedule interviews and talk to candidates on phone, email, or chat Keep records of applications and interview updates Help with walk-in drives and onboarding new hires Learn how hiring works for companies in different fields like D2C, e-commerce, SaaS, and customer support Follow up with candidates and make sure the process is smooth

Who Can Apply:

Freshers or recent graduates Internships in HR/recruitment are a plus

Good communication in English and Hindi

Basic knowledge of computer use, emails, and spreadsheets

Must have a laptop and stable internet connection
