Calling, emails, whatsapp, reciprocating information with the candiadtes. till the finalization making and generating reports is also a part of job.
Can manage a team of 3 to 4 interns recruiters.
Candidate from BPO, KPO, e-Commerce, Service Industry background will be preferred.
Must have strong communication skills, since they engage with candidates, communicate with them about the job, and manage their expectations.
Manage Bulk hiring within a short span of time.
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at companies.
Must have knowledge of all recruitment techniques and trending job portals to attract candidates.
Academic and Professional Qualification : - MBA (Regular) in HR Excellent communication skills and leadership required.
