- Can manage a team of 3 to 4 interns recruiters.
- Candidate from BPO, KPO, e-Commerce, Service Industry background will be preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills, since they engage with candidates, communicate with them about the job, and manage their expectations.
- Manage Bulk hiring within a short span of time.
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at companies.
- Must have knowledge of all recruitment techniques and trending job portals to attract candidates.
