Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and send job offer letters and negotiate employment terms.
Stay updated on current recruiting trends and best practices.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
