We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across the organization. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine current and future hiring needs.
Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company career pages, and social media.
Source and screen candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) and assess candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
