Recruitment Specialist
who can independently lead and manage our technical hiring efforts, helping us scale our in-house development team efficiently.
Job Summary:
This is a
recruitment-focused position
where your primary responsibility will be hiring top tech talent for roles such as developers, PHP Developers, DevOps specialists, and more. You'll also contribute to onboarding and basic HR coordination as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions
Partner with technical leads to understand hiring requirements
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies
Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts
Build and maintain a talent pipeline; track hiring metrics
Respond to basic HR queries and handle documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
(India-based)
Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing strategies, and salary benchmarks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Indian labor laws is a plus
