Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for sales and field positions (General Trade, Modern Trade, Institutional Sales, etc.).
Partner closely with
Sales and HR leaders
to understand manpower needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize multiple
job portals (Apna, Work India, Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for recurring sales roles across regions.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Support
employer branding initiatives
to attract top FMCG sales talent.
Experience:
3-6 years of experience in
FMCG recruitment
, with a strong focus on
sales team hiring
.
Skills:
Excellent knowledge of
major job portals and social media recruiting
.
Proven track record in
bulk hiring and field sales recruitment
.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
