Key Responsibilities:

Lead

end-to-end recruitment

from sourcing to onboarding. Source, screen, and interview

potential candidates

. Develop and post

job descriptions

across hiring platforms. Implement

effective recruitment strategies

to attract top talent. Manage the

hiring process

and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Collaborate with teams to

understand hiring needs

and fulfill talent requirements. Assist in

employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance

. Support

HR initiatives

to enhance workplace culture and engagement.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-8 years of experience Proven experience in

recruitment and HR management

. Hands-on expertise in

job platforms for resume sourcing and screening

. Strong knowledge of

talent acquisition and HR best practices

. Familiarity with

ATS, hiring platforms, and recruitment tools

. Excellent

communication, organizational, and leadership skills
