Role Overview:

As a Technical Recruiter at Primathon Technology, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for our tech teams. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to identify talent needs and bring in high-quality candidates who align with our tech stack and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand technical hiring requirements for roles such as Software Developers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), QA Engineers, DevOps, and Designers Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, Stack Overflow, and other platforms Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and role suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and smooth process flow Track and analyse recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle Stay up-to-date with trends and tools in tech hiring and recruitment best practices
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a startup or IT services environment Good understanding of software development roles, programming languages, and tech stacks

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
