Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles -- from sourcing to screening profiles.
Partner with department heads to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals - LinkedIn, references, and social media).
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and dashboards.
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/ master's in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment (IoT Electronic/Software industry preferred).
Strong capability in self-networking and relationship building, with hands-on experience in campus recruitment, talent outreach, and developing candidate pipelines through professional connections and institutional partnerships.
Hands-on experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in maintaining recruitment data using Excel sheets or basic recruitment trackers will be an advantage.
