The
Recruitment Specialist
role is critical to drive the hiring goals for
PACCAR India
. The role will be responsible to source and select skilled and culturally aligned individuals responsible for continued success and growth across IT, Finance, Customer Experience and Human Resources teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in formulating competitive recruitment strategies
Ensuring timely implementation and alignment of the hiring plan with the organizational objectives.
Building effective talent pools and sourcing channels by forging strong partnerships.
Proven comprehensive knowledge of IT & Engineering recruitment.
Identifying the demand and supply gap in the future workforce needs and preparing a hiring plan to meet the demands
Identifying effective recruitment channels, enhancing the employee referral program and building networks to meet hiring requirements with speed
Focus on the candidate experience through the selection process and design approaches to enhance the candidate experience
Engaging with multiple departments and levels of the organization to understand their specific requirements
Work closely with PACCAR's Corporate HR team, fostering good working relationships and alignment to global PACCAR hiring practices
Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding end-to-end, for the departments assigned
Overseeing the administrative tasks in the recruitment process like contract letters, offer letters, and selection reports.
Maintaining strong relations with key internal and external stakeholders like hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
Knowledge & Skills REQUIRED:
Education Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in required 6+ years of overall previous work experience
Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience in a GCC or IT product organization
Experience in IT and Finance domain will be a plus
Experience in recruiting in an automotive or industrial goods manufacturing set up will be a plus
Minimum of 3 years- experience in recruitment, workforce planning, staffing., along with diverse industry exposure.
Excellent candidate interaction documentation.

Adept at handling social media platforms.
Good written and oral communication skills in English and a local language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM applications, and social media platforms.
