Job Description

Position: Recruitment Specialist (1 year)

We are looking for a recruitment champion to join our team. You must have at least 1 year of work experience in handling end to end IT recruitment.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Develop & maintain recruiting sources to ensure adequate flow of qualified resumes for candidate selection to meet job opening needs.

2. Prepare s in coordination with the technical team.

3. Screen and conduct first round of interviews.

4. Schedule technical interviews.

5. Manage vendor relationships ensure hiring deadlines are met.

Required Skills:

1. Good verbal & written communication skills.

2. Experience in IT recruitment.

3. Knowledge of working with Microsoft Word, Excel/ Google Docs, Sheets

4. Sourcing talent through various job portals.

5. Good in Head hunting & networking.

6. Good at managing multiple stakeholders.
