Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Recruitment Specialist

to manage and streamline our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent across various roles.

Responsibilities:



Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Identify suitable candidates through various channels (portals, social media, references, etc.). Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment reports. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills Required:



Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job portals Male or Female candidates can apply Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment
