Lead end-to-end hiring for Product, Tech Sales roles.
Drive volume hiring with minimal turnaround time (TAT).
Actively headhunt through LinkedIn, referrals, niche groups, and direct sourcing.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for recurring and future roles.
Own ATS management - update pipelines, track candidate stages, and maintain reports.

Coordination Execution
Manage interview scheduling, rescheduling, and feedback loops efficiently.
Maintain constant communication with candidates and hiring teams for smooth coordination.
Track metrics like TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source efficiency.
Maintain discipline in documentation, follow-ups, and daily recruitment trackers.
Qualifications

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-6 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization will be an advantage.
Experience in Health tech / Wellness industry
