Your role
Have you got a successful record of managing Technology hires? Are you customer focused and passionate about the candidate experience?
Do you identify your strength areas to be Proactive, disciplined & an excellent planner?
We're looking for such individual contributing recruiter to:

• act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process for primarily technology hires
• steer the sourcing strategy to identify and hire the right candidates
• manage relationships with hiring managers and other HR specialists including reward, talent and diversity
• maintain relationships with external executive search firm vendors
• contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or ad-hoc projects

You'll be part of the India Recruiting team based in Hyderabad. But you'll also be able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide. We're problem solvers for hiring managers, making them happy by getting the right candidates. As a recruiter, you'll play a vital role in protecting our competitive edge through the acquisition of our greatest asset - our people.
Your expertise

• ideally 12+ years of in-house recruiting experience as an individual contributor.
• previous exposure to technology recruitment in a fast-paced setup with time sensitive and dynamic timelines.
• excellent communicator, know how to attract and engage candidates, especially passive
• ambassador of best practices and able to support good decision taking
• multitasker, well organized and able to quickly prioritize and handle multiple assignments
• great at presenting ideas, believing-in and selling important values
