Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic
Recruitment Specialist
with 1-2 years of experience who can support end-to-end hiring for multiple roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with candidates, understands basic sourcing techniques, and wants to grow in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
for entry-level to mid-level roles
Source candidates using
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Maintain
recruitment trackers, databases, and reports
Support
offer rollouts, documentation, and joining follow-ups
Ensure a smooth and professional
candidate experience
Support employer branding and hiring drives
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in
recruitment / talent acquisition
Basic understanding of
sourcing and screening techniques
Good
communication and coordination
skills
Ability to manage
multiple open positions
Familiarity with
job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
Agency or startup recruitment experience
Exposure to hiring for
marketing, creative, tech, or corporate roles
Basic knowledge of
ATS or HRMS tools
