Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions (Doctors, Nurses, Admins, Paramedical staff, Support staff).
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future needs.
Handle onboarding formalities and documentation.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely reporting.
Build strong relationships with medical colleges, nursing institutions, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).
2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in healthcare sector).
Strong knowledge of hiring practices for medical and non-medical healthcare roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
