Job Summary
The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates from various platforms, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for non-IT positions and be proficient in using job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn. Software Skills Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software., SAP, Power BI or similar one.
Required Skills & Qualification
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions.
Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-IT environment.
Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.09 - ₹35,000.00 per month
