Position Overview



The

Recruitment Specialist

will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our Vadodara office. This role plays a key part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates--particularly for BPO and support positions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in

volume hiring

, excellent knowledge of

local employment markets

, and a deep understanding of

recruitment best practices

within the Indian BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition



Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments, including BPO, corporate, and support functions. Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus partnerships). Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and coordinate hiring manager evaluations. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing and future staffing needs.

Hiring Strategy & Coordination



Partner with department heads and HR to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Develop and execute recruitment campaigns and job postings that attract top talent. Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Onboarding & Candidate Experience



Coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition. Maintain high candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process. Uphold Office Beacon's employer brand through professional communication and positive candidate interactions.

Compliance & Documentation



Ensure all recruitment processes comply with

Indian labor laws

and company policies. Maintain updated employee records and recruitment documentation. Support HR audits and compliance initiatives related to hiring and employment practices.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of recruitment experience

, preferably in a

BPO or outsourcing environment

. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Familiarity with

Indian employment laws

and hiring compliances. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient with

applicant tracking systems (ATS)

, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
