Role Overview:
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist (Fresher) to join our India office. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates for real estate roles in the UK. You will work closely with our UK team to identify the right talent, communicate with potential candidates, and assist in the overall hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and connect with potential candidates for real estate positions in the UK.
Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates' suitability.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with management to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Assist in scheduling interviews and onboarding selected candidates.
Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the process.
Requirements:
This position is open for freshers only.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficient in using MS Office and online communication tools.
Ability to work responsibly in an office environment and collaborate with UK-based teams.
