We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruitment Specialist
with 2-3 years of experience to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely closures, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create suitable job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Conduct HR interviews to evaluate candidates' fitment.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and close positions within deadlines.
