Understand the hiring needs of different departments and create job descriptions accordingly
Source potential candidates through online platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), employee referrals, and other channels
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Conduct background checks and reference verifications
Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment dashboards
Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines
Partner with HR team on onboarding and new hire orientation
