We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process for our Non-IT and agriculture-related roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand workforce requirements for various departments, especially operations, procurement, agriculture, logistics, admin, and support functions.
Create and publish job postings across multiple platforms (job portals, social media, and networks).
Source and screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and urgent roles.
Build relationships with agriculture universities, rural talent pools, and manpower vendors.
Conduct reference checks and support in offer negotiations and documentation.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports for open/closed positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. Keep up to date with market trends and salary benchmarks in agriculture industry and non-IT sectors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Min 2 years of experience in recruitment, with focus on Non-IT or agriculture sector.
Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, field networks, etc.).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Comfortable coordinating with both office-level and field-level staff.
Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools is an advantage.
