Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for a wide range of roles.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with client companies.
Interviewing: Lead the interview process, including conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for further assessments.
Client Partnership: Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
