Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Associate at our Delhi office. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The associate will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the successful onboarding of new employees.

Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing for various roles Strong Screening and Communication skills Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and hiring managers Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Familiarity with the automotive or mobility industry is an advantage
