Responsibilities:
Undertaking IT/Tech recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.
Communicating recruitment trends, market intelligence, and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
A demonstrated ability to interview and recommend/select qualified applicants based on targeted skills and abilities in a fast-paced environment. * Proven experience interacting with various levels of staff, candidates, management, external customers, vendors, etc.
