Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain accurate recruitment data using Google Sheets / Excel
Support hiring activities including walk-in drives
Assist in posting job openings and sharing hiring updates
Communicate interview details clearly and professionally
Ensure recruitment processes are followed in an organized manner
