Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for IT and non-IT positions across multiple clients
Maintain effective
client communication
regarding job requirements, updates, and feedback management
Lead and guide the internal recruitment team, ensuring productivity and closure targets are met
Coordinate and manage vendor partners for sourcing where required
Develop and maintain a
strong candidate pipeline
using portals, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing strategies
Ensure timely and quality delivery on client mandates with adherence to SLAs
Track and report on
recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and closure performance
Participate in client calls for JD discussions and understand the hiring needs effectively
Ensure
effective documentation and database management
Drive continuous process improvement within the recruitment cycle
