The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while building a strong employer brand and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Administer pre-employment assessments where applicable.
Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
