Marketing & HR Faculty

member who can teach, mentor, and inspire students in both marketing and human resource management subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in

Marketing and Human Resource Management

. Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops. Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments. Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research work. Contribute to syllabus planning and curriculum enhancement.

Assist in academic and administrative activities

of the college as needed.

Participate in admission promotion, career guidance, and student engagement programs.

Stay updated with current marketing trends, HR practices, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Management (MBA / PGDM) with specialization in

Marketing and/or Human Resources

. Teaching experience preferred;

freshers with excellent communication and conceptual knowledge can apply.

Good command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Strong presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Ability to integrate real-world examples into classroom teaching.

Salary is negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
