We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team! If you have

7 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across multiple roles, we want to hear from you.

Key_Responsibilities

1) Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

2) Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent

3) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs & craft job descriptions

4) Use multiple recruitment platforms/tools for diverse candidate sourcing

5) Conduct screening interviews & assessments to evaluate candidate fit

6) Maintain ATS records and ensure HR compliance

7) Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

1) Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2) Minimum 7-years of recruitment and

HR experience Strong understanding of recruitment channels & talent acquisition strategies Familiarity with payroll_software & HR_systems*

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5) Proficient in MS Office and HR-related software
